JBF Davis County Fall 2011 Sale Schedule
Wednesday, October 19
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dropoff #1
--HIGH VOLUME CONSIGNORS (200+) items must arrive before 6:00 PM--All consignors must be off the sales floor by 7: 00 PM, so please plan accordingly. The average consignor can complete the dropoff procedure in 20-30 minutes.
Thursday, October 20
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Dropoff #2
--HIGH VOLUME CONSIGNORS (200+ items) must arrive before 11:00--All consignors must be off the sales floor by 12:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. The average consignor can complete the dropoff procedure in 20-30 minutes.
3:00 - 7:30 PM: Presale Night
--You must have a presale pass to shop!3:00 16+ hour volunteers admitted to presale
3:30 12-hour volunteers admitted to presale
4:00 8-hour volunteers admitted to presale
4:30 4-hour volunteers admitted to presale
5:00 consignors admitted to presale
6:00 barterers, first-time parents, and military families admitted to presale
7:30 end of presale night
Friday, October 21
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM: PUBLIC SALE DAY
Saturday, October 22
9:00 AM: HALF PRICE PRESALE
9:00 consignors admitted to half price presale9:30 volunteers admitted to half price presale
10:00 AM - 1:30 PM: PUBLIC HALF PRICE SALE
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Consignor Pickup
--Consignors must pick up unsold items by 6:00 PM sharp. Any items left at 6:00 PM will be donated to our charity--Please do not arrive early for pickup. Please allow 15-20 minutes for pickup.
